Reason: The blade bond is too soft (for the material to be cut); insufficient cooling water; insufficient power caused by the loose drive belt or low voltage or improper speed; the saw blade is not perpendicular to the material to be cut.
Solution: Select the saw blade with a harder bonding agent according to the material to be cut; check the cooling water system to make sure the water pump is running properly; make sure the power supply voltage; check the spindle flange to make sure the saw blade is perpendicular to the equipment; check the rotational speed of the saw blade.
