Precautions for using Segmented Saw Blade with Protection Teeth:

Always inspect the diamond blade for damage that occurred in transit or from previous use.
Check mounting flanges for equal diameter, excessive wear and flatness. The mounting flange must have sufficient clearance around the mandrel hole.
Make sure the Segmented Saw Blade with Protection Teeth is installed on the correct diameter blade shaft between the correct blade flanges and hand-tighten securely with a wrench.
Always check that the working conditions of the saw are correct:
All fluids are at appropriate levels.
Insert shaft bearings shall have no end and radial play.
V-belts should be properly tensioned and pulleys checked for excessive wear.
The guide belt adjustment is set correctly so that the blade moves in a straight line.
Always do this with the blade guard in place and properly secured.
Make sure there is a continuous flow of water on each side of the blade. Gravity feed does not provide adequate water flow. The water pump on a concrete saw is just a "boost" pump, not enough to be the main source of pressure. Wet cutting blades require an adequate supply of coolant to maintain blade life and cutting efficiency.
Follow the manufacturer's recommended pulley size and operating speed. for a specific blade diameter.
Always wear appropriate safety clothing, i.e. safety glasses, safety helmet, safety shoes and hearing protection, when operating the chainsaw.
Periodically inspect the blade for heat marks or cracks in the center of the steel or steel section, or excessive wear under the steel section.

Don't want :

Do not force the blade against the machine blade shaft or install the blade on an undersized blade shaft. Either condition can lead to unsafe operating conditions and excessive blade wear.
Do not install blades on machines that do not meet the minimum requirements specified in the manufacturer's machine operating manual.
Do not stand in line with the blade during startup or operation.
